Intercultural Awareness Training:

This 6 day training course is ideal for organisations who want to bring about institutional change in the way that they work with migrants. It involves sessions on individual staff development as well as enabling participants to devise tangible and implementable actions in their work-place. This course is also offered as a one-day Introductory session.

Immigration Law and Policy

This half day training course comprises of an introduction to Immigration Law and Policy in Ireland including protection, work permits, EU immigration and EU treaty rights. It will introduce the participants to the relevant legislation and schemes governing the immigration mandate in Ireland.

Migrant Rights and Entitlements

This intensive half day course explains the different categories of migrants in Ireland. It includes both voluntary and involuntary migrants and covers the rights and entitlements that each category of mi-grants enjoy in terms of access to employment, education, social welfare, family reunification and application for naturalization.

Migrants and Access to Education.

A half day training course comprising an overview of the issues faced by migrants in accessing education. It will cover the rights and entitlements of each category of migrants regarding accessing education, grants eligibility and fee status.
